Pros
Excellent platform for the freshers to learn corporate environment. Other benefits are job security, food allowances, huge cafeteria, Citibank Suvidha Account and incentives. Coming to learning and development, the company provides excellent learning opportunity to its employees. The management will never let you to resign, if you are an outstanding employee.
Cons
Everyone was screaming in the local language and even the managers too. TCS's official language is Hindi and if you know Hindi then you will be promoted to the next level. Any one communicates in English, the others will look us like an Alien.Poor cab facility provides either pick-up or drop.
