      1. Underpaid and overworked ground staff 2. Huge disconnect between country management and ground staff 3. Zero to little career planning and path given to employees with good potential 4. Poor Comp & Ben packages for warehouse staff, Couriers, field staff 5. Nepotism and reference based hiring and retentions 6. Poor working conditions and environment 7. Zero to little Reward & Recognition mechanism for ground/field staff

      I thought that this was a legit job. I have been working for "them" for the past 5 weeks.

      Cons

      The day that my pay was due to me nothing was deposited in my bank account. The managers are ghosting me - and have locked me out of the portal. Now they are using a spam blocker to refuse communication. They owe me over 2600 in stolen wages. I can't believe I fell for this.
