Pros

In my department, the management staff works hand in hand with you. They are easy going, but, at the same time when it's time to get work done you get it done. With any office environment you will have "deadlines", but, they are manageable. The environment is friendly and open, and if you have a problem, the open door policy works. The back to school program is also great, and the hours are beautiful if you have a family. Off on major and some minor holidays, and off every weekend. The insurance for employees is amazing too (free is always in the budget).

Cons

Company family plan for insurance is pricey.

Pros

Everyone is focused on building the business, on doing better. At other companies, I've been at, you have to internally sell to get anything hard done. Not here. That's refreshing. Also, the people are great here. Our leadership recently announced that we're pot committed to Ai, which is exciting. Plus we're investing in tech the right way these days. We just bought Gong and we did a great job implementing it. Work life balance is respected, too.

Pros

-Product is great when configured properly and simply. -Most people ground level are very nice and helpful.

Cons

-Products don’t scale well for enterprise clients. There are also 4 products on the scheduling side and only 1 for time tracking. The legacy scheduling products need to be marked end of life. There would be more upsell/adoption. -Two out of a team of 35 or so AM’s are hitting their number. -Morale is super low. Large amount of micromanagement. -Severe lack of focus from leadership. AM’s are responsible for prospecting into their clients (25+ calls a day), upselling, expansion, cross-selling, retention, and many other items. -You have a manager but it also feels like you report to 4 other managers. -Severe mis-alignment cross functionally. There’s no communication across departments and you constantly have to fix and take blame for other people’s mistakes. -High amount of admin work takes away time from selling.
