People are nice and friendly

Does not support actuarial studies

+ Good exposure to clients + Lots of responsibility + Good workplace desk environment (Large desks, dual screen monitors)

- Toxic Environment (Devs are pressured to deliver, Analysts pressured to work like a robot, testers have to keep asking what to do while devs/analysts wont help much as they are too busy) - Strict - if you are few mins late/dont complete your timesheet for 1 day, you will get an email asking why. Yet they expect you to stay a bit late otherwise youll be seen as 'not doing enough work' - NO benefits/bonus - Salary increases dependent on how close you are to the project manager - Cant make mistakes although most have less than 2y experience after graduating
