The pay is terrible, benefits not worth getting and too expensive, the employer steals time and rounds down, They hide pto and steal that from employees. They make up reasons to let people go when there isn’t enough hours, the sanitation is terrible, the owners go on vacation often and rather blame the nurses for company problems, very clicky, will hire full time but rarely get full time.
