      Easy enough work and average pay.

      Cons

      They ask a lot from workers since they laid off too many to try to create a profit this year. You don't get the feeling working there that management or HR care about you as a person which is frustrating. Unless you're desperate I would steer clear

      Pros

      Tclade has a lade back work environment. Has great benefits Allows you to learn more on the job.

      Cons

      Tclad has lake of experience on the job site. Most of the experience left 2 years back do to the company recognizing the structure of the shifts. Pay not adequate for the amount of work you are ask to do. Equipment is breaking down all the time, or hasn't run in over a year.
