Pros

People are nice. Most team members have good personalities. Product is good and sells itself. NFL partnership and Olympic partnership.

Cons

Lack of development in career paths. If you are a junior employee or looking for a job that advances your career, TURN AROUND AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. They’ll overwork you as well as hire above you when positions open up. Yearly raises nonexistent last 2 years+ and others despite articles stating record breaking performance globally.
