Pros

Does not outweigh the cons.

Cons

In my year and a half at TCI, management did not do anything to improve the work culture. We were told that we would switch to a hybrid work schedule. That lasted 8 weeks before the CEO in Taiwan caught wind of it and made everyone return to office. Additionally, management puts so much stress on everyone that it's not surprising to see a coworker cry at their desk. They expect you to take calls at any point of the day or night, even on vacation. They offer visa sponsorship if you need it, but you need to pay the extremely high legal fees if you quit before your contract expires. During my time there I saw around 40 people turn over in the sales department (sales, project management, product development, etc.) Do not expect a true commission. There was always talk of restructuring the way commission will be calculated, but it never happened. With the high turnover, expect to pick up 2-3 peoples workload while they "try" to find someone new to hire and if they do hire someone, expect to keep the same workload because the new hire will be expected to create their own book of business. I originally liked the idea of being able to practice my Mandarin around the office, but because of the culture and pressure from management, I stopped speaking Mandarin to help protect myself from any misunderstandings regarding my projects.
