There is no pros of working in a sham of a place like TCG Digital.It is led by a disgusting,dishonest and pathetic CEO who makes his puppets reah great heights while others suffer .

I don't know where to start with.Let me give you all an instance .Today we got the promotion list .and it has become a joke now to see that the name of a lady who is very very close to the CEO getting her fourth promotion in the span of five years .Now let me give you her background.She is a totally incompetent woman with zero skillset with zero productivity.Her only defence being she is very very close to the CEO often seen together even after office hours.It is her fourth promotion in the span of five years 😂😂.A 60% salary hike every year for that incompetent one while others not getting even the standard hike just shows how miserable and pathetic the CEO is.Those who are his puppetskeep getting promotion after promotion irrespective of how pathetic they are ,while others who work their soul off ,don't get a dime of appraisal or promotion.The CEO is a monster .I have done a mistake by sticking to this company.As long as he stays in power,this filth will continue to happen.
