HR will talk of policies but they do not follow any. 6. The management is fake. They lack empathy towards their employees. 7. When the employee leaves the organisation, they will deduct salary even for client holiday and term it as "LOSS OF PAY'' 8. You have to take multiple follow ups with HR and Management for anything, be it your salary, your reimbursement, experience letter or F&F. 9. They will consider your work from home as LOP. 10. They will just exploit you.
