Pros

-Non-management employees are great and supportive coworkers who look out for each other -Work from home/hybrid flexibility -Some amazing teams, but your experience is very dependent on the team you're on

Cons

Where do I start? -Management is stuck in the past and incredibly out of touch with the realities of its employees -Gaslighting is a normal tactic by upper level employees -It is unclear how firm-wide decisions are made and when employees push back and question this, management doesn't actually explain anything but says that things are "transparent" -19 people have left in the past year -There is technically a diversity, equity, and inclusion statement/committee but management has no interest and therefore that work doesn't get the time/resources it deserves -Sick days and vacation days are pulled from the same overall pool -Management wants people to work in the office but doesn't care about creating and sustaining firm culture -Management has no interest in trying new things and will do anything to hold onto the status quo in an ever changing world and while the industry changes slowly, they don't get that you have to take some risks to get some rewards

Pros

Great firm doing interesting work with amazing Clients. Brilliant Employees.

Cons

Hierarchical with weak middle management. Work can be overwhelming at times and impossible to get done in 40 hours. Huge salary disparity among junior and senior level Employess. Salary is better that non-profit but on the lower end for consulting firm

Pros

There are truly great people in this firm who do their best with little support or direction. Some teams are good.

Cons

The decision making and strategy of upper management during this difficult year was truly embarrassing. Management has been asleep at the wheel, beyond slow to make important decisions, and actively antagonistic towards staff who raise questions. The CEO is openly malicious, petty, and sexist, not to mention completely checked out. Culture and morale are at an incredible low with no effort on the part of senior management to stop the hemorrhaging of competent, qualified staff - most of whom have left with no specific job lined up. What does it say when your staff quits en masse with no job lined up? Those who have stayed have been overloaded with work and asked to be patient as the firm "determines the best direction". There is no succession plan, no direction, no transparency - and no redeeming this organization.
