Never Valued - Anonymous employee TCC Employee Review

TCC made me and everyone I worked with very stressed and pretty depressed because you will feel like you are always working as hard as you possibly could but your managers will never appreciate it, constantly criticize it, and pile more work on you. Your resources are slim. No mentors at all. Only people who get promoted are people already in leadership. Managers state they are consistent but they praise some employees that hardly get work done and criticize the ones who get everything done. In a gist, the company does not care about their employees.
