      Salary and incentives are ok but not that great

      Work life balance sucks. All you will hear from seniors is how many applications and revenue for today. ? Your employment contract entitled 2 leaves in a week gets cancelled for no reason. The young owner of the company is a rude stupid entrepreneur who doesn't care about anything other than applications and each day revenue. PS - They wont let you go easily as well, you will have to go through multiple exit interviews with 1000 questions and trust me owner uses some great language at your exit interview MF. What a shame.
