Very low compensation, slow career growth. Core business is clinical Engineering which is not so remunerative itself. Senior Management Memebers were Company's founders, now they're afraid to lose control and don't take any risk.

For freshers and beginners it is a best place to learn and grow in this biomedical field.Here company will shape them to a complete biomedical Engineer.With this Experience they can move to better jobs.Simply it's a place to learn but not for earn

Company and Work wise everything is good but salary is very less. So it's not a suitable place for Experienced Engineers due to the less salary.
