TBS Construction is a dynamic design build firm that delivers a very high level of service leaving customers satisfied. This is the type of team you look for in the construction industry, both great with communication & management as well as a group of skilled and knowledgeable crafts people. Mamuka, the owner, listens to all view points and builds off the talents and skills of those around him rather than only making decisions in a top down manner. Pay is fair, on time and as stated. Flexible time off when needed but no formal policy or PTO. The company is at a turning point where people joining now will have nearly unlimited ability to learn from within and work their way up. The core group is ready to take on a much larger list of projects as new talent joins the team. It is a truly exciting time to be in the industry but especially with a firm like TBS.
