Hi there.. Thank you for a reply. It is a pity you never managed to get a good bonus. This is a Commission driven business. Bonuses reflect how well a person did his/her work. We understand you are frustrated, since you did not succeed where 90% of your colleagues thrive, but that's hardly a reason to complaint about your managers. Projection and blaming superiors in underperformance is of course your choice, but if we could have done more for you to succeed, we will be more than happy to hear your feedback more in detail. Regarding your comment about fix salary, you mention it is super low, it is a basic salary, which should be roughly 50% of your monthly earnings. If you choose commission based salary structure and do not do even a bare minimum to even achieve your KPIs, there is not much management can do for you.
