      Pros

      Small private health company that remains focused on clinical outcomes not profit. Good company culture. Great communication and NZ owned. The company does great to acknowledge staff. A great place to work

      Cons

      Not as competitive with senior band pay as other employers. May lose staff due to this. Not too many negatives!

      Amazing manager, pay was good, treated well and supportive with CPD.

      Cons

      Lots of contracts and navigating for these. This would be prioritised for more experienced physios and often was more complex
