Pros

Performance pay can be decent and fellow employees are great

Cons

They overwork their employees and then try to replace them when people get inevitily burnt out. CEO doesn't know how to speak to his employees. Very condescending and constantly being rude and picking fights. They expect their employees to be flawless robots who just roll over and do whatever they say, with no complaints or response (even when they're giving you a work load adequate for 4 people). And if they don't match their impossible standards, then they replace them.

Pros

- I've consistently made more money year-on-year for almost 11 years. - I've been given the opportunity to learn about many aspects of business. - I have witnessed this company help their employees get through tough times over and over again.

Cons

- Some areas of the company have undergone significant restructuring, and the process of finding quality employees is burdensome.

Pros

The pros of working for TBF are: flexible schedules (as long as it is scheduled in advance) great workplace community (most of the employees are friends, and there aren't any real jerks to speak of) 8-5 workday, always have nights/weekends off to spend with friends and family compassionate management: the management, especially the CEO, has helped multiple people through difficult life situations, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars over my time here

Cons

Management got too lenient about people's attendance and tardiness, which put unnecessary stress on the remaining members of the company. Since they trimmed the fat earlier this year (and I see a lot of reviews from 2023 that must be from people who were let go because they didn't want to show up to work) the company has been better about ensuring that everyone is pulling their fair share of the weight.
