      Pros

      Hybrid work opportunities and average benefits. However, sometimes associates are promised remote work and then the offer is taken away.

      Cons

      I would not suggest this place. This organization is completely unorganized and chaotic, there is a bully culture and a boys club culture. Overall the workplace is just toxic. There is a constant change in policies and a revolving door of executives. In addition, there are frequent layoffs and no one is safe. Furthermore, the company does not promote within so to get a promotion you have to leave the company and apply to a higher position. Lastly, you can expect to be paid below the market average.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
