Pros
Great Location, Friendly Coworkers, High energy, face paced, and dynamic work environment, Good work-life balance - as in every job there are periods/phases that can be demanding. Senior Level Management over past year and a half has been more focused on clearly articulating the organizations Vision, Mission, and Values as well as seeing employees feedback on ways to improve as an organization
Cons
Recently implemented a corporate training department, but would still like to see more leadership and career development as well as career pathing. Also like to see increased benefits/perks that you would typically see with companies of this organizations size (Gym / or Gym Discounts, Cafeteria, On Site Childcare, more robust PTO policy, etc).
