      Pros

      I left my job with a stronger mind and broader experience.

      Cons

      This job was not for the faint of heart. It definitely wasn't easy and not for the weak-minded and soft-hearted. I learned to be tougher at all circumstances but it made me sad and unmotivated. I wouldn't want anyone to suffer the same things I had experienced from working here.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
