      Pros

      It seems like a good company to work for at the beginning, but that would change after a couple of weeks.

      Cons

      The work culture in the company is not conducive for one's mental and emotional health. There's too much politics and favoritism, you'll definitely feel the unfair treatment. What's worse is that they push you so hard at work but don't help you out and give support when you needed it.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
