      Pros

      There are a several really good people there who want to do the right thing. These same people will hopefully move it in the right direction. Some areas of the company are stronger than others.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, white male dominated, behind the times. Has a culture statement that is not practiced.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
