      Discounts on service for oil change, tires, brakes, and parts. The location is conviently located in palm beach gardens right off of I95

      The salary paid is normally low in comparison to other companies. People dress inappropriately and unprofessional and some also has lot of tattoos on visible parts of their skin

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
