The team is incredibly friendly and a supportive bunch. I was provided with lots of learning opportunity with trusting management. Great management style both from the CTO and CEO (patience, uplifting, respectful, inclusive). They're not afraid of giving someone with no experience an opportunity with the role, which I think is quite rare nowadays.

The CTO (Leigh) has made every effort to progress my career 🙏🙏. However, there is only so much career progression given the size of the tech team, consequently compensation might not be optimal. Though, the knowledge I gained is invaluable.

TAXIBOX is one of the friendliest corporate environments I've ever worked with. All teams work towards the same goal, and everyone is super friendly. Up to date tech, making sure you have everything you need and that your workflow is as smooth as possible. You have support from your direct colleagues all the way to upper management, who are super friendly and genuinely care. Coming from previous toxic corporate environments, TAXIBOX is a breath of fresh air!
