Great company, but some constructive criticism: Decisions could be made faster, but the leadership team is actively investing in improving this The market is rapidly evolving, and the company’s ears are definitely wide open to learn. Yet, this evolution is tough to communicate and sometimes it can spur confusion. A passionate, customer focused culture is great, but can sometimes lead to us saying “yes” too much.
