      Exposure to V2X features, telematics simulators, and real-time automotive systems. Opportunities to work on GenAI and LLM fine-tuning projects within the internal AI team. Supportive teammates and mentors with strong technical background.

      Cons

      Salary increments and performance-based rewards could be more competitive. Project allocation may not always align with one’s interest or skillset initially.

      Bottlenecks: Despite the great ideas, getting things across the finish line takes much longer than it should due to complex approval layers. Process Fatigue: Some internal workflows feel outdated, leading to unnecessary friction in day-to-day tasks. Slow Decision-Making: Opportunities can sometimes be missed because the organization struggles to pivot or commit quickly.
