TASKE has a very flexible workplace which allows for an exceptional work/life balance. The benefits are excellent as well. They are an agile company, and I have seen management make the necessary adjustments to ensure we continue to thrive in an ever-changing software landscape. I enjoy working with my fellow developers and I also have the opportunity to work closely with our support and services team to resolve customer issues directly, which is like no place I've worked at before. I work on a variety of projects and new technologies so I am never bored. Software development and delivery has changed so much over the years and yet we continue to move forward, adapt to changing priorities and deliver, keeping our customers happy which makes it a pleasurable place to work.
Cons
This is not the place for you if your dream job is to only manage others. Everyone in development writes code. There are no paper-pushers.
