Interesting projects with good learning opportunities. Colleagues are great and supportive, and the communication within the team is good.

Lack of appreciation and growth: It seems the company doesn't properly value the contributions of its Serbian developers, especially at the Junior and Medior levels. It is extremely difficult to get a salary increase, even after a long time with the company and showing good results. This leads to demotivation and career stagnation.
