      Diverse team and a gym in the basement of the building the office is located

      Cons

      Upper management is not responsive, understanding, or cooperative. There are substantial communication issues between upper management and lower staff, which causes operational problems. Their education policy is built to enslave you. If you leave before two years, which you will since everybody leaves before that, you will be required to pay everything they paid for your education, so they don't support your education

      Pros

      The company was very good with people and their culture. The work there can be hard but the people made it very enjoyable time. The comp was ok and bonus were also ok. Really enjoyed the time there until...

      Cons

      The company did not make good business decisions for last few years, and it went unnoticed despite the many warnings from different people in the company. The CEO and few executive misjudged situations that could've been prevented. I think the company is in a very difficult situation now
