Introduced to a new ideas in the industry. Work with a very young team, opportunities to move up quickly.
Cons
Consistently reinventing the wheel with standard operating tasks when not necessary. Premise if providing impact to the community is never achieved; only an idea that is used as a facade. Main purpose of the organization is to bring in investors and buy in to the projects that don't have accurate performa's or viable returns.
