Pros
Sometimes lots of downtime. Incredibly easy (almost too easy and a bit boring) job once you have a handle on how to use the software program and are relatively familiar with most of the businesses.
Cons
Little training provided, but to their credit it is a little hard to train someone to be prepared for the 40 different businesses that you'll have to do some form of extremely basic customer service and receptionist work for. Once you get through the first month or so it's an extremely easy job. The software interface looks and feels like it hasn't been updated since the year 2000. You can't do basic hotkeys like CTRL+C to Copy some text for instance. There's also no ability to use a mouse to click around the screen, you have to press a series of F1-F12 keys to get to certain screens and have certain windows pop up. Again, it's very overwhelming at first, but after a month it'll be pretty second-nature to you somehow.
