Pros

The only pro to working for this company was getting a paycheck.

Cons

Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Yelling is heard on a daily basis despite doors being closed, training is virtually non-existent, the pressure to perform is high and if you falter in any way, you are chastised and ridiculed in front of everyone in Friday morning's team meeting. Employees are bullied by management throughout the workday and micro-managed to the point that causes mistakes to be made simply because you are ridden viciously to do this one way by one manager and another way be another manager and no one is ever on the same page. Management brings their personal problems to the office and the employees pay for it. Employees are not paid what they're worth and the thought of getting any praise or a raise for years of service is unheard of here. Profanity and unprofessional talk is the way these people communicate so culture shock is inevitable if you are coming from any form of a professional environment where courtesy and respect is a requirement. The turnover here is worse than a fast food restaurant, and if you're not a good friend or family member to management, your chance of survival here is short-lived. If it was possible to award this company zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment.

Pros

Fun people Challenging work Growth opportunities Good location Management is very passionate. If you do good work, you will be well rewarded and appreciated. Very good health insurance options 401k Understanding management

Cons

If you are used to a more corporate feel, this may be different for you. This is small business family-owned and a very tight-knit team. (Can't fly under the radar)

Pros

- a few good people - some opportunities for learning new things, so it could help with adding skills to a resume

Cons

- Owners openly make bigoted and verbally abusive comments to employees. It is amazing that they have not been sued. - Owners literally scream and yell at the top of their lungs during work hours in the office - Owners are inconsiderate of work/life balance - Managers don't go to work - unfair compensation, multiple years without raises or reviews
