I think the job is ran well

The people I worked with were great. Fun atmosphere at times.I gained a lot of experience with operating a forklift, and picking orders. When everyone works as a team, it was rewarding to see the end result.

Understaffed, company continues to grow without forethought of staffing issues. Extremely stressful job. Company equipment is becoming older and breaking down a lot. They were poorly maintained and it showed. The promise of new forklifts was something everyone heard of but it still didn’t happen. All task must get done, no matter what. This means working on holidays and weekends if your behind, which seemed often since we were always understaffed.
