Co-workers are helpful and want you to succeed - even when management is toxic. A lot of the employees cling together because of the toxic management style.
Cons
The CEO is not invested in his employees. He is not a good leader and is very erratic with his management style. You never know what mood he will be in for the meetings and sometimes he doesn't show up for meetings (in other meetings it appears that he falls asleep). He is combative and talks down to employees on group calls, says things to employees that should be said privately, not in a group setting amongst other staff. Very unprofessional. The CHRO is a joke. She does not follow up with concerns nor does it seem like she truly cares about the employees or the toxic work environment. Her position feels like it is just a title and nothing more. She sweet talks you during the interviewing process but becomes a totally different person once you are brought into the company. If she does not get her way then she is not a nice person. Unprofessional and abrupt.
