Decent benefits and PTO use to have a pretty good bonus program but they took it away, they may bring it back now that business is better

Fast paced industry that creates a hard work environment Usually have to work lots of OT and everything is very demanding, needs to be done now so you’re constantly overwhelmed In middle management you get sandwiched between your superiors and employees. You are given unattainable expectations by superiors that you have to expected to ask of your team even though you don’t agree and when you push back on upper management you’re told “we understand but this is what we need to do”the industry is a roller coaster of good business with lots of customers to hardly any business and little work and then back to busy so they never hire appropriate staff when it’s busy because it could all slow down again quickly Little to no organization. Changes are made all the time which is common in business but you never know about a change until it’s already in place
