This place is a joke. All the good reviews you see are because they tell their employees to go in and make sure to leave a good review after people leave bad reviews. The company personally does not care about their employees. They make changes to your job without warning, they make you lie to the truckers to cover their butts just so they can bring in more money. All they care about is money. If you think they would care about you then you're wrong. Also if you plan on going to the bathroom make sure you bring a 5 gallon bucket to set underneath your chair because this place is so micromanaged that you're hardly allowed to leave your desk. They make your job a living hell if you get up to go to the bathroom. If it becomes a "habit" you get written up or a talking to and eventually they sit with you to make sure you are working. If you go to the bathroom for 4 minutes it automatically gets deducted from your 15 minute breaks. There's only two stalls in the bathroom so sometimes it takes longer than 4 minutes because you are waiting but regardless they take it out of your 15 because going to the bathroom is considered a break. If you're away from your desk for even 2 minutes the manager will call your supervisor to see where you are and ask what you're working on. Management can do whatever the hell they want and use the bathroom whenever. They also get an hour lunch break and can cut yours down to 30 minutes with no warning. If you work a 12 hour day you only get your 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks. If you go over your breaks by a minute you get talked to. If you do get a job here be careful what you say because the supervisors are supposed to report anything and everything to the manager. Also be careful who you tell things to because your words get twisted and next thing you know you're in HR. Nothing is confidential in HR. A select few of employees are BFFs with HR and tell HR everything and HR talks bad about people back and forth with their select few BFFS. This place is a joke, you can't trust anyone even the people you think are your friends. It's a workplace but this place might as well be a high school gathering.
