The best I can come up with is Dress code

Micromanage at its finest, how bad is it? You have to ask to go to lunch, breaks and the restroom. They literally state that they do not have to give you any kind of break per the state..... really??? Way to show your appreciation to your employees! They make it seem as of this is the place to be! Word of advice Run! They have no regards to employees yet alone there clients. They straight up keep as much information away from the clients in order for there contract to continue renewing. They change policies on a daily bases and do not give you a heads up until the client is upset and yelling at you over the phone. No type of considerations towards the clients, they will basically tell you to handle the call.... or tell them we will reach out to them and the client can continue to calls weeks later and they avoid the call and throw the agreement (contract) in there face. You may ask your self why dont you go to hr and complain? Dont even think about it....there's this trend going on.... after complaining they will figure out a way to get you fired.... stay out of hr! Management... ha! Is there anyone really managing this place? Oh you mean where they act like they care and state things like "we see your work" "you have been brought up several times" "keep doing a great job" while at the same time they do not care about you just how much profit they are making out of you and the clients. This company doesn't keep it's own views... noble?? Not one bit!

Jeremy is a great Salesman, you can learn a lot from him.

Cons

Management will be a pain in the *** There aren't opportunities to grow. Management has no idea about what integrity means. Rodney did and he quit.
