      Pros

      Co-employees and immediate manager was helpful.

      Cons

      No salary payment on time. Fraud company especially the COO Vivek Goenka does regular employee harassment of employees. CEO has no direct control on company. Franchises are not paid commission. There is no work -life balance No PF no ESI, you will kept on 3rd party pay roll.

      All the heads are either friends/relative of the founder. No actual Talent, Only nepotism
