      Pros

      Always striving to get better. Early adopter of new technologies. Everyone in the company including the founder gives 100%. Very open minded, straightforward culture. They have a variety of clients as a digital marketing agency. Hence there are excellent opportunities for every employee to experiment with new strategies in PPC and keep learning by doing.

      Cons

      Growing pains that are usual with any company that scales as fast as this one. Otherwise, there are no cons.

      None. I went trough recruiting process with them but they did not know what they want or need; people you supposedly are to meet are not on the meeting…

      Cons

      And then they ghost you. Horrid practices. No wonder they cant grow for two years and still stuck on 15 people operations. Pass them if you can.
