Pros
I've been working remote with the Integra Trade division of T3 for many years now, and I've been very happy with them. T3's Virtual Trading Floor (VTF) is amazing to be part of every day. It's great to watch and listen to the mentors trading live and be able to ask them questions and chat with them and other traders in the VTF chat room. Integra Trade/T3 managers are very professional, friendly, and honest and their trade desk is helpful for technology questions or issues.
Cons
It's not easy to make money consistently in the markets, but of course that applies to trading at any prop firm. Beyond that, I can't think of other cons.
