      Upper management needs to evolve and see what is going on internally, the most toxic place I've ever worked at, a lot of lawsuits might arise

      Amazing boss and coworkers who all rally together and fight for the creative voice to be heard.

      Cons

      Really great atmosphere to work in, sometimes they other departments want to use new software just for the sake of it being new, and not necessarily always helpful.
