Great flexibility; good business prospects long term; smaller company vibe on certain teams
Cons
HR isn’t honest or consistent. Partners (C-level Staff) are no longer involved. T2S has resorted to a typical corporate mentality of higher ROI in exchange for less employee benefits/value. No career progression or opportunity for upward advancement. HR/leadership doesn’t even care about annual reviews. Multiple instances of nepotism and conflicts of interest (besides husband and wife or family employment, there is obvious cronyism). The culture at T2S is one of fast paced, get it while you can (until the contract ends or funding dries up), but the perspective portrayed is that it is a growing small tech company (which it isn’t).
