Pros
It is a good place to work. We have updated equipment, trucks are replaced every 4 years so your not using old out dated and beat up trucks. Yearly bonus, and pay is competitive. They are pretty flexible with days off for any reason, even if it is short notice.
Cons
We hardly ever see upper management in the office, usually the only ones in the iffice are the field crews and processors. Which is fine unless you have questions.
