      Free beer Fairly good location (business park has shuttle service for this company and others in the building, to/from sky train) New kitchen, bbq

      Cons

      Bad management Unethical practices might make your job harder (could cause you stress) Pay not the best if you live in an expensive area like metro Vancouver Quarterly layoffs for the last few months (any day could be your last day)

      Pros

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
