Challenging and Rewarding Work at a Great Company - Program Manager T2 Group Employee Review

I have been working at T2 for 7 years and truly love working for this company. T2 constantly challenges me and pushes me to excel in my role and I am consistently given the opportunity to take on new responsibility and learn new methodologies and technologies. The company is very transparent and open and the partners are accessible and are always willing to help and coach when needed. The Friday lunch ritual where the partners cater lunch for everyone and talk about company updates is great and makes you feel like you are involved in the decision-making process. I feel I have learned more and achieved more at T2 in the 7 years I have been here then I would in 15 years at any other company. I am also very proud of the work I have done for our clients and believe in the mission of the company to always do what is in the best interest of our clients.
