Not a place for engineers - Front End Developer T1V Employee Review

- Zero career advancement… the “engineering” can be done easily by college graduates. If you want to move up the ladder, it won’t happen here. - salaries are a joke - this is a sales company… the sales people run the place, and engineers are stuffed in the back corner - culture is non-existent… engineers are in cubicles in a dark room like it’s 1991 - nepotism is a real thing here… ceos daughter literally has jobs created for her to keep her at the company - not a well managed place at all… people in charge of some departments, should definitely not be
