      Everyday is different with a new tack at hand. You really get to know the entire state including the metro.

      Cons

      24-hour on call service. Cell phone will ring at all hours of the day and night. Difficult on a growing family.

      Family friendly organizational culture. Flexible time off. Promotions are attainable through education. Overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Difficult but rewarding work. Pay Rate is below the industry average but the pressure on the employees is far less.

      You would be able to hear the owner snoring in his office with his feet up on his desk

      Everything!!!! Terrible company to work for. It's a "family" business which means the "family" will get a paycheck but not work.
