Flexible work hours, benefits are great, fun and productive work environment, management has a clear vision for growth and they communicate it well.

I cannot think of one PRO other than the great employees I worked with. Management is a mess. I don't know how this company is still open. It's been going downhill for a LONG time.

Management is crazy and they do not care about the employees' well being; Communication among management is poor and they all hate each other; They are always contradicting each other. No one knows what is going on... They cannot seem to land more contract work, -due to a poor reputation from other industry contractors, probably. Shall I say more?
