Lack of focus training - Security Officer T&M Protection Resources Employee Review

The company is a on call security services that does not train it's employees and too often sends them on assignments that they are not prepared for. Often this on call only work for the most part has lead to using unarmed agents and living to clients about the status of their employees. Some employees are used in dangerous work assignments unarmed that puts these workers in harm's way and unfortunately this includes armed employees who are not authorized to carry guns.
